ACCOLATE is indicated for the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in adults and children 5 years of age and older. CONTRAINDICATIONS ACCOLATE is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to zafirlukast or any of its inactive ingredients.
